Wenzhou Gill Flow Control Co., Ltd. established in 2019, is a high quality enterprise integrating R&D production, sales and service. The company is located in Oubei, also known as the “Base of pumps and valves in China”.Currently, our factory has nearly 3000 square meters and more than 50 employees and 5 engineering technicians.The main skeleton staffs have been engaged in the R&D and sales of worm gears since the year of 2007.With more than 10-years experience, ‘’GILL” is proved capable enough to offer all-in-one solutions for valve controls.

“GILL”now has been equipped with more than 20 sets if advanced Horizontal Machining Center,Vertical Machining Center,CNC Lathe,CNC Gear Hobbing Machine and CNC Drilling Machine, and also with Dynamic & Satatic Testing Equipment, with all this first-class machines, “GILL”can greatly improve the transmission reliable and guarantee the product quality.

The main products of “GILL”are mainly part-turn manual and electrical worm actuators,which is in line with the GB/T12223,ISO 5211 standards and other specified requirements, the products are mainly applied for valve controlling, such as Butterfly valve/Ball valve/Plug valve/ and other types. The body material of the worm gear is mainly QT450 and others,the gear material can be:QT450-10,QT500-7,QT600-3,C95800 and others.More further, GILL can customize the worm gears or transmission devices with high applicability.

GILL producee FCG series manual high efficiency worm gear actuator, is based on the 3D CAD framework of modular design, the rated speed ratio can meet the input torque of all different standards,such as AWWA C504,API6D,API600 and others.

Our worm gear actuators have been widely applied for the butterfly valve,ball valve,plug valve and other valves,for opening and closing function. BS and BDS speed reduction units are used in the pipeline network applications. The connection with the valves can meet ISO 5211 standard and customized.
